First, I would like to thank you for registering for one of our Water Safety Instructor Courses.

Please watch your email for course specific information. Here are some of the details below:

What we will we do the first day:
The first day will start with initial paperwork, introductions and the precourse. After that, we get running into the course.

What to bring:
Bring appropriate swim attire, goggles, towel, snacks/food, something to take notes with and on and ID that has your date of birth on it.

There will be a lunch break. There isn’t anything on the school grounds, however if participants are old enough, you can go get food and come back.

Online material:
This course is a blended learning format. That means there is an online component to the course in addition to the in person sessions. The material must be completed prior to the last day of the course. Please begin the material prior to the first class so you know you can access and work within it successfully.

Upon completion, the American Red Cross will send an email and that must be presented to the instructor to successfully pass the course. Without it, even if you are successful in the rest, we can not pass you from the course.
