Lifeguard & Swim Instructors- Driftwood Day Camp

Driftwood Summer Camps is looking for Lifeguards and Swim Instructors for their 8 week summer camp! Interviews being conducted daily. See below for the job description:

Lifeguard Job Description

• Work with a team of 60 plus Red Cross Certified Lifeguards to provide a safe, fun environment for campers ranging from 2 – 12 years old
• Contracted Hours – 8am – 4pm
• Responsible in the morning for hands on water instruction with campers. Small group swim lessons given to help Campers develop new skills
• Lunch break assigned along with other guards. Hot lunch menu provided by camp
• Afternoon swim is Recreational time for Campers. Guards responsible for their pool along with other assigned Guards
• Additional responsibilities – Supporting the rest of Camp with the arrival and dismissal process. Supporting as a staff member in a group on rare occasions.
