Lessons will take place at Pequa Physical and Aquatic Therapy office in their warm indoor pool.
Convenient Schedule Options
Choose from 3 days a week to come down for your lessons. Lessons are held on Tuesdays from 3-6pm, Saturdays from 9-2:30pm, and Sundays from 9-2:30pm.
Learn to Swim from American Red Cross
Certified Water Safety Instructors
Each instructor that will be teaching is a Certified Water Safety Instructor through the American Red Cross. They’re dedicated to providing the highest quality swimming experience to each swimmer they work with.
Our goal is simple – to help each swimmer develop a love of the water and learn the skills they need to enjoy a lifetime of safe swimming.
From water acclimation and comfort to floating and swimming strokes… each instructor works creates a unique personalized teaching plan that meets the needs of each individual. Each plan is designed to safely and effectively help each swimmer develop their swimming skills.
